Privacy policy

Last updated: September 2026.

01In short

This site collects personal data only if you fill in the quote form. Traffic is measured anonymously, without cookies. There are no advertising trackers and nothing is ever sold.

02Data controller

KRAFT, 205 avenue du Prado, 13008 Marseille, France, trading as Kraft Creative Studio.

For any request to access, correct or delete your data: contact@kraft-creativestudio.com

03What we collect

The quote form collects: your profile (club, athlete, brand or other), the services you are interested in, an indicative budget and timeline, your name, your email address, the name of your club, brand or athlete, and your message.

Budget, timeline and club or brand name are optional. No other field is stored, and nothing is inferred from your browsing.

04Why

Only to reply to you and send a proposal. Your data is never used for marketing.

The legal basis is the performance of pre-contractual steps taken at your request: you write to us for a quote, and we process your information to provide it.

05Who has access

Alessio and Elias, and no one else within Kraft Creative Studio.

Two technical providers are involved: Resend, which delivers the message to our inbox, and Vercel, which hosts the site and measures its traffic. They act as processors and do not use your data for their own purposes.

No data is sold, rented or passed on for commercial purposes.

06How long we keep it

An enquiry that leads nowhere is kept for three years from the last exchange, then deleted.

Where a project actually takes place, the related correspondence and documents are kept for the statutory period applicable to business and accounting records.

07Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, object to and port your data.

To exercise it, write to contact@kraft-creativestudio.com. We respond within one month.

If our response does not satisfy you, you may lodge a complaint with the CNIL, the French data protection authority, at cnil.fr.

08Audience measurement

We use Vercel Web Analytics to know how many people visit the site and which pages they read.

It sets no cookies, does not follow anyone across sites and builds no profile. IP addresses are not stored: they are only used transiently to derive an anonymous identifier that changes every day and cannot identify you.

In line with the French data protection authority’s position on strictly necessary audience measurement, this does not require your consent. No data is shared with advertising networks.

09Cookies

This site sets no cookies at all: no advertising, no analytics, no functional cookies. The language is part of the page address.

Two preferences are stored only in your browser and never sent to us: whether you have already seen the opening animation during your visit, and your choice to pause animations.

Photos and videos are hosted on the site itself: no third-party player or service is loaded.
